  • Modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with JavaScript enabled
  • Stable internet connection
  • Valid email address for account registration

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Update your information to keep it accurate and current
  • Choose a strong, unique password
  • Not share your account credentials with others

We specifically disclaim:

  • Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHATBOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CrispChat and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through account settings. Upon termination:

  • No refunds for unused subscription periods
  • Your data will be deleted per our data retention policy

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Pose a security risk to our platform or other users

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification shall survive.
