Check your internet connection and that you're logged into the dashboard. Try refreshing the page. If the problem continues, contact support.
The widget looks broken or unstyled. How do I fix it?
This can happen if CSS from your site conflicts with the widget. The widget loads in an iframe to prevent most conflicts. Contact support with details about your site.
