Setup
Navigate to Integrations
Go to Settings → Integrations → Salesforce.
Connect Salesforce
Click Connect and sign in with your Salesforce credentials.
Select Environment
Choose Production or Sandbox environment.

Map CrispChat fields to Salesforce lead/contact fields.
Set Sync Rules
Configure when and how data syncs to Salesforce.
